By accessing and using Haven ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Haven provides AI-powered therapy support through conversational interactions with Echo, our AI assistant. The App is designed to provide emotional support, reflection, and problem-solving assistance.

3. Important Health Disclaimer

Haven is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician, mental health professional, or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription and Payments

Haven offers subscription plans (weekly, monthly, and annual) for unlimited access. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's settings.

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of Haven is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Haven are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users.
